From currently farming to urban gardening, there is something for everyone to learn at the 2009 New Food For Thought Conference.  This year's conference will be held on November 19, 2009 at the Ft. Wayne Marriott in Fort Wayne, IN. 

There will be four tracks from which you can choose from.  The track you select will serve as your outline for the conference.  They include:

  • Get Thinking - These sessions will give you an overview of what is currently being done in the field of value-added ag.
  • Get Started - These sessions will give you the toolds you need to create a business plan, learn marketing techniques, and understand the laws.
  • Get Better - Find out about new markets, new age marketing ideas, and how to work with other farms in your area to create a tourist destination.
  • Get Local - These sessions will open your eyes to what you can find right in your backyard...from your own home garden to the winery down the street.
